To de-select a partner's records from your search, click in the box to untick the partner's records.
To re-select a partner's records click in the box to include the partner's records in your search.
You can create complex strings of searches using:
- What = what is it?
- Where = where is it?
- Who = who was it?
- When, meaning when was it?
You can search across any part of the data by typing in a word or a number of words, so castle field will find anything with "castle or "field" in it. To refine your search, you can restrict the parameters to a phrase — "castle field" to only find records with that phrase in it.
